What the 4oz is made of
62 mm rim 60 mm tall 44 mm base 120ml
Food-safe board, lined inside so it holds a drink without going soft. A single wall cup is one 320 gsm board. Double wall wraps a second 300 gsm layer around the outside, which keeps the heat off your hand and the drink warmer for longer. Your artwork goes on edge to edge in full colour, gloss or matte surface, your choice.

Prices are for the smallest run, ex VAT; VAT at 20% is added at checkout. Lead time counts from the day you approve your free proof. Delivery is extra, charged a box.
Lids
We do not sell a lid for the 4oz. Lids are offered on the 6oz, 8oz, 12oz and 16oz cups.
Boxes and delivery
- Single wall: 1,000 cups a box
Delivery is £4 a box to UK mainland addresses and £8 a box to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Wight, the Isles of Scilly, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. Once your cups are printed, next day delivery is £100 for the whole order if you order before 2pm. Delivery rates by area
Your artwork
Printed edge to edge in full colour. Gloss or matte surface, your choice. A PDF, AI, EPS or SVG is ideal; a large PNG or JPEG usually works too. Upload it above, up to 3.5 MB, or email it after you order.

FAQs
Close, but not identical: a screen glows and board does not. That is what the proof is for. If a colour matters, say so on the proof and we adjust it before the run.
Single wall is slimmer and cheaper per cup at volume, and suits cold drinks or a sleeve. Double wall has an insulating outer layer that holds heat without a sleeve, so it is the usual pick for hot drinks.
From the day you approve the proof. Each cup shows its lead time in your basket and at checkout, and delivery follows it. You get a tracking link the day it is dispatched.
Yes. Every approved design stays on file, so a repeat run only needs your order number, and the artwork is not set up or charged twice.
