Yes, every time. We lay your artwork out on the cup, email you a proof, and nothing goes on the press until you have approved it. Changes are free, as many rounds as you need.
Send it from the Design page or attach it to your order. Our studio sets it up on the cup and sends you the proof to check.
Laying out your artwork and the proof are free on 4, 8 and 12oz. 6, 10, 16 and 20oz carry a one-off £50 setup per design, shown on the product page before you order and not charged again on a repeat.
A PDF, AI, EPS or SVG is ideal. A large PNG or JPEG usually works too. If you are not sure what you have, send it anyway and we will tell you before anything prints.
Ask on the Design page, or email us the size and wall, and we send it over. It shows where the print goes and where the cup is cut.
One case of 1,000 cups, on every size and wall. The price per cup falls as the order grows.
Yes. Add each size to the basket. Each cup shows its own delivery time in the basket and at checkout.
4, 8 and 12oz leave us 4 to 5 working days after you approve the proof. 6, 10, 16 and 20oz take 2 to 3 weeks. The product page shows the lead time for the size you are looking at.
Yes. You get an email the day the order is dispatched, with a link to track it.
£4 a box to mainland UK, worked out at checkout from your postcode. The Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Wight, the Channel Islands and the Isles of Scilly are £8 a box. Next day delivery is £100 for the whole order: once your cups are printed they go out by van and are with you the next working day. We deliver within the UK only.
Up to the point it goes to press, yes. Email us straight away with the new file. Once the run has started it cannot be changed.
We do, in our own factory in Luton. Nothing is bought in and rebranded.
Yes. The board is PE-lined and recyclable.
