What the 8oz is made of
80 mm rim 90 mm tall 56 mm base 240ml
Food-safe board, lined inside so it holds a drink without going soft, and recyclable. A single wall cup is one 320 gsm board. Double wall wraps a second 300 gsm layer around the outside, which keeps the heat off your hand and the drink warmer for longer. Your artwork goes on edge to edge in full colour, gloss or matte surface, your choice.

Close, but not identical: a screen glows and board does not. That is what the proof is for. If a colour matters, say so on the proof and we adjust it before the run.
Single wall is slimmer and cheaper per cup at volume, and suits cold drinks or a sleeve. Double wall has an insulating outer layer that holds heat without a sleeve, so it is the usual pick for hot drinks.
From the day you approve the proof to the day the cups leave us. 4, 8 and 12oz: 4 to 5 working days. 6, 10, 16 and 20oz: 2 to 3 weeks. You get a tracking link the day it is dispatched.
